ABOUT

Athtechnix is a private coaching service specialising in the development and delivery of strength and conditioning programs for the wider community.

We utilise key training techniques and principles from track and field and weightlifting to build strength and resilience in our clients. Whether you are an aspiring elite athlete, just beginning your fitness journey, or a parent looking for an athletics coach for your children, we have the qualifications, experience and knowledge to help you achieve your goals.

We are passionate about educating our clients on the best methods to set and achieve goals regularly and effectively. In Australia the norm is joining a gym where you are given a generic training plan that doesn’t necessarily take into account any pathologies you may have which can hinder results or cause injury. Only through pre-screening, testing and results-based training programs can you optimise your progress.
