What do our group training sessions involve?

Our group strength sessions are the perfect addition to an aspiring athletes training regime. Get access to elite coaching, programming and results without the high price tag. Train alongside up to 4 other like-minded individuals or get a group of friends together with similar aspirations and ability. We utilise a blend of Olympic weightlifting derivatives and exercises used by exercise physiologists to build function through strength, power and balance.
